If you have 2 Olives and if only one will pair with your smartphone, it could be due to the fact that the second Olive shares the same physical address with the first Olive.
As shown in the above picture, ideally both the Olives should have 2 different addresses.

*Note- After you pair the second olive with the smartphone, 00be-LE will also appear on this list.
We took a lot of precautionary measures to ensure that a customer does not end up with 2 Olives with the same address. But if it so happens that you find that both your Olives have the same address, then there are a few things that you could do.
1. Pair the first Olive with your phone using the link below.
Fine tune your Olive to make sure it works exactly the way you want it to.
After the first Olive is setup, open the bluetooth settings page, Disconnect and remove the first Olive from the list (all references to the first Olive should be removed).
Now turn OFF the first Olive. Turn ON the second Olive and go through the pairing and tuning process again with the second Olive.
2. If you do have access to 2 different smartphones, you can pair each Olive with a different smartphone.
