UPDATE 1: The cradle work-around is now available!
On a technical note, we are aware of a couple of issues that seem to affect most of our beta users:
1. Olive not charging. Issues with the Olive Charging dock.
2. Olive Bluetooth pairing for Android and iOS users.
Our Engineers have isolated the Olive not charging down to an issue with the Charging Dock. Our Engineers are working towards solving and providing a solution at the earliest. If you could please bear with us, we will provide you an update to help you use your Olive.
As for the Android and iOS users who are experiencing problems with Bluetooth connectivity, could you please send us a direct message on our support page, in order to help us identify the mobile device model that you are using and the specific problem that you are facing: Send Support Message
